Just start … and see what happens

To look upon a topic is always a journey into the unknown and you’ll never know what you will discover, even if you are already familiar with it.

I´ve been wanting to start a blog on my homepage for quite some time now. To express my thoughts about art, to learn more about it and to exchange ideas about it. 
Thinking and talking about art and the experience of it can become very frustrating very quickly, since words are never able to explain every aspect of art (and live). Still, at least for me, words, concepts, ideas and questions help me to deepen my artistic experience and sometimes are the initial gateway to grasp a piece of art in the first place.
So I would like to use this quality of thoughts and words to dig deeper into what interests me in art and in the experience of it. Also, I hope to reach and engage people who are not familiar with contemporary art and maybe give some inspirations on how to approach and how to look differently on the arts of the 20th century.

It took me so long to start this blog because I never thought I would be ready for it, gathered enough knowledge and experience, afraid that I write something wrong. But I understand now that in order to be ready an gather knowledge and experience I have to start researching and writing! So please forgive me if my texts and spelling are not perfect, I’m working on it!
I hope you will enjoy these texts and hopefully take something out of it for your personal and/or artistic journey.
